The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has officially released the notification for RBI Officer Grade B Recruitment 2025. This year, RBI is hiring for 120 vacancies across Grade B (DR)- General, DEPR, and DSIM posts.

RBI Grade B Recruitment 2025 – Age Limit (As on 01 July 2025)

• Minimum Age: 21 years

• Maximum Age: 30 years

• Age relaxation will be applicable as per RBI rules.

Total Vacancies – 120 Posts

1. Officers in Grade ‘B’ (DR) – General

• Vacancies: 83

• Eligibility:

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in any subject scoring 60% or above (50% for SC/ST/PwBD), OR

  • Post-Graduation with 55% marks (Pass marks for SC/ST/PwBD).

2. Officers in Grade ‘B’ (DR) – DEPR

• Vacancies: 17

• Eligibility:

  • Master’s degree in Economics, Econometrics, Quantitative Economics, Mathematical Economics, Integrated Economics, or Finance with a minimum of 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates).

3. Officers in Grade ‘B’ (DR) – DSIM

• Vacancies: 20

• Eligibility:

  • Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematical Statistics, Mathematical Economics, Econometrics, Statistics & Informatics (IIT-Kharagpur), or Applied Statistics & Informatics (IIT-Bombay) with at least 55% marks.
