BSF Recruitment 2025: Exciting Opportunity to Join as a Constable in the Border Security Force
Border Security Force (BSF) has invited applications for 3588 Constable posts. August 23 has been fixed as the last date for submission of applications. 10th class and 2 years ITI qualification is required. Age 18-25. Application fee Rs. 100. Border Security Force i.e. BSF has invited applications for several posts of Constable posts. Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria and are interested in the position can submit their applications online by visiting BSF’s official recruitment portal at rectt.bsf.gov.in. The application process for this has started and the last date for submission of applications has been fixed as August 23, 2025. At the same time, the window for making corrections in the application will open on August 24 and close on August 26. The BSF is gearing up to recruit 3,588 Constables as part of its latest hiring drive.
BSF Constable Recruitment Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:
Candidates applying for these posts must have passed 10th standard. Apart from this, they should also have a two-year ITI certificate in the relevant trade.
Age Limit:
The age of the applicant should be between 18 to 25 years as on the last date of submission of online application. However, the maximum age relaxation is given to the candidates belonging to the reserved category as per the government rules.
How much is the application fee?
The application fee for General, Economically Weaker Section and Other Backward Classes is Rs. 100. This fee should be paid through Net Banking/Credit/Debit Card or the nearest Registered Common Service Centre. At the same time, women candidates and SC, ST, BSF personnel and ex-servicemen are exempted from paying the application fee.
BSF Constable Recruitment Selection Process:
The selection process for these posts will involve a written test and document verification, followed by a physical fitness test and a physical efficiency test. Candidates who clear all these stages will then have to undergo a medical examination, which will be conducted by the Medical Board of Officers to assess their physical and medical fitness. If selected, you could earn between ₹21,700 and ₹69,100 per month, following the 7th Pay Commission structure.
